Finite Element Analysis

We offer Finite Element Analysis (FEA), an advanced stress analysis method used to evaluate how new and existing components perform under real-world conditions. When paired with failure analysis, FEA allows our team to pinpoint issues, optimize designs, and implement targeted improvements that enhance performance and reliability.

Data Logging and Test Stands

Our R&D team designs and builds custom test stands for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, allowing for accurate performance analysis before the cylinder reaches your facility. In addition, we utilize an advanced data logging system that captures and tracks test results over time, providing valuable insights for performance optimization and long-term reliability.

Reduce Repetitive Production Tasks

Additive Manufacturing

3D Printed Fluid Power Components

Using advanced 3D printing technology with a build volume of 250 × 220 × 270 mm, we produce fluid power components such as manifolds, pumps, and valves. Additive manufacturing allows us to reduce component weight, streamline complex designs, and improve overall performance efficiency compared to traditional manufacturing methods.
